Employee Monitoring: Action Personnel Inc. monitors the progress and job fulfillment of each employee on assignment. We do this by frequent communication to the employee's supervisor and frequent communication to the employee.
On-Site Coordinator: We can supply a full time or part time on-site temporary employee supervisor to large clients, or we can be on-site at your request to address any employee challenges and/or growth opportunities. By using our on-site benefit option, we can ensure the employee lives up to the standards set by the Client (You) and by Action Personnel, Inc.
Problem Resolution Management Process: Each employee is evaluated on a consistent basis. Employees are terminated from Action Personnel, Inc. if there is a regular problem of attendance, tardiness or misconduct. Each employee is given an equal opportunity to prove satisfactory job performance. Any problem that may arise with any employee of Action Personnel, Inc. is handled directly by Action Personnel, Inc. We assume all responsibility for the hiring, firing, and disciplinary procedures.

We have employees on call for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. If one of our clients have someone call in or are short on employees, no matter what shift, Action Personnel can get someone out within the hour to back-fill the position.
