Monitoring quality of temporary employees on assignment:
Action Personnel Inc. monitors the progress and job fulfillment of each employee on assignment. We do this by frequent communication to the employee’s supervisor and frequent communication to the employee.

By delivering paychecks every week and being ‘just around the corner’, we are able to be on-site at your request to address any challenges and/or opportunities and to ensure the employee lives up to the standards set by the Client (You) and by Action Personnel, Inc.

Problem Resolution Management Process:
Each employee is evaluated on a consistent basis. Employees are terminated from Action Personnel, Inc. if there is a regular problem of attendance, tardiness or misconduct. Each employee is given an equal opportunity to prove satisfactory job performance.

Any problem that may arise with any employee of Action Personnel, Inc. is handled directly by Action Personnel, Inc. We assume all responsibility for the hiring, firing, and disciplinary procedures.

HOW IS ACTION PERSONNEL, INC. DIFFERENT FROM OTHER AGENCIES?

• Action Personnel, Inc. is on call 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 7 days a week

• We have employees on call for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift – if you have someone call in or you are short on employees, no matter what shift, Action Personnel can get someone out to you within the hour.

• We do criminal background checks and drug screens on all our employees

• We do not place “warm bodies”. Our goal is to find you the perfect “fit” for your company. All our candidates are interviewed, rigorously screened and skills tested to find the right person for the job

• If an Action Personnel, Inc. employee does not work out within the first two hours of the work assignment, as long as we are notified within those two hours, we will replace the employee and client will not be billed for those hours.
